Can I assign different coaches to different classes?
Yes. Every class on your schedule can have its own coach assignment. You can reassign a coach anytime and the schedule updates immediately for everyone who can see it.
Do parents need an account to see the schedule?
No. You can share a direct link to a player's schedule that works without a login. Parents who want a deeper view — attendance history, package balances, and payments — can use the parent portal with their own login.
Does the schedule sync with Google Calendar or Apple Calendar?
Yes. Each player gets a calendar subscription link (ICS feed) that automatically adds their classes to Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, or Outlook. When you change a class time, the calendar updates on its own.
Can each academy keep its schedule separate?
